THQ Nordic has announced the release for ELEX, its sci-fi open-world RPG as well as revealed the ELEX Collector’s Edition. The game will be heading out to PlayStation 4 and XBox One as well as Windows PC on October 17th.
To celebrate the release announcement, devs have sent out a brand new CGI trailer. According to press information, it “sets up the road at the heart of the player’s journey, as they walk the line between the many character progression and faction choices that lay ahead. See if you agree.
ELEX Collector’s Edition
For those who like physical editions, this one really pulls out all the stops. It comes in a special edition box that is packed with goodies including a 10″ figure, a 2″ amulet, cloth map, the original soundtrack on CD, an art book, game manual and, of course, the game itself.
Amazon is listing the price at $119.99 and has opened up pre-orders.

Based on the trailers I’ve seen, it reminds me of Fallout 3 (which is my favorite of the “modern” Fallouts – 3, NV & 4). So glad they’ve got a release date! Now I know how I’ll be spending this fall!! ?
