It's a massive effect...
mass effect andromeda review - new game releases march

Last week was “Week Before Mass Effect Week”, this week is Mass Effect week. Andromeda is out in less than 24 hours with reviews piling in. Our own for GameSpace and MMORPG are both already published. And while the journey of Ryder will undoubtedly dominate the news cycle this week, we’re also seeing several other games launch. Here’s what we have to look forward to, not counting the MILLIONS of Steam releases we’ll probably see too:

New Game Releases for March 20th to March 25th 2017

Mass Effect Andromeda – PS4, XB1, PC on 3/21

Of course. It’s the tale of the Ryder Twins and the Andromeda initiative to resettle out of the Milky Way and into the Andromeda Galaxy. If you want our thoughts or to see some gameplay, click through on those links.

Troll and I – PS4, XB1, PC on 3/21 (Switch later)

This one is a puzzle/action adventure game about a boy and his troll. Deep in the Nordic wilderness, a teenage boy named Otto is forced to flee his home after a band of brutal hunters rip through his village in search of a mythical creature rumored to inhabit the forest. Now on the run for his life, Otto inadvertently finds and befriends the elusive creature being sought by the hunters. Our review is coming after the game’s release, which is when our review codes will work.

Toukiden 2 – PS4, Vita, PC on 3/21

An Action RPG in the vein of the Warriors series with a mix of Monster Hunter through in from Omega Force and Koei Tecmo. It’s launching on the Vita, PS4, and the PC this week. So if Mass Effect and Trolls aren’t your thing, this one could be. Our own review will be coming later this week. We’ve had access to the PS4 edition and have some impressions to put out soon.

Mario Sports Superstars – 3DS on 3/24

Five full-on sports—Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, and Horse Racing—bring the challenge and depth you demand to Nintendo 3DS™ systems. Take on friends and rivals in local or online multiplayer*, hone skills in training, or tackle single-player tournaments. Whether you pick Mario, Waluigi, or one of sixteen others, you’re on the road to superstardom! We should have our own review in the coming week or two.
