Scanner Sombre is the new game from the same folks who brought us Prison Architect. It is a game that asks its players to literally feel their way in the dark.

All is not as it seems in the game either. It is up to the player to avoid danger and work their way to the surface. Given that most of the action takes place underground, it is a tough task.
Players will feel the suspense of it all through the use of the first-person perspective as well as being forced to travel with little to no light. It is up to the player to use their senses to make the right choices and to stay safe.
You are provided with a “LIDAR” scanner that not only produces light points as well as a bit of what is around by creating a 3D image. Hopefully, nothing scary shows up!
