NCsoft has announced new 51 Month and 54 month veteran awards for players of City of Heroes and Villains.

The City of Heroes Veteran Reward Program continues to roll out new rewards! Every three months an account is subscribed, it earns new rewards. We’ve recently updated the Veteran Reward Web Page to include the rewards for 51 Month and 54 Month veterans.

The 51 isn't much better. They basically just screwed anyone who had pre-ordered AND hit 51.

Not to mention that recycling alleged 'exclusive' rewards for pre-orders, etc.. is just lame.

The 51 month rewards are FTL.

Re-using box set, CE, Preorder, etc.. rewards as 'veteran' rewards is just plain weak.

So much for exclusive rewards. Way to go on the cheap, guys. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds this less than inspiring. If Jack has truly learned his lesson and Champions Online is what he's saying it will be, City of Heroes is a memory.

Well when you look at the population of the two EU servers, then CoX is already a memory.

I left the game over a year ago, because of the really low population. Shame tho. Game had great potential. Has the best Character customisation ever! But PlayNC never bothered to make some really great out of it :(

We were so longing for more variation in the missions (you can only do the same interior over and over that much before it becomes really repetitive and boring!). How hard could it be to create more mission interiors to create more diversity. How hard can it be to create some more unique NPC villian groups?

Ahh well. Goodbye CoX!

Boooo, Boring!! long time off and on CoX player since beta of Heros..

This coming from someone who has 8 lvl 50's.. ok 2 was mostly PL'ed But still! C'mon this is crap if u ask me... O well CoX u had a nice run... but i think the game peaked At isue 10.. I'm tired of waiting around for the Stuff u been promissing forever, Hey Heres one!!   ITEMS OF POWER!!! for Sg's yea been waiting for over 2 years and since issue 7? Still yet to give Sg base raiding any meaning.....
