Do I need a high lvl character to be able to start the class or any level will do? |

As long as you purchase the Mines of Moria expansion you will have the ability to use the two new classes, regardless of level. |

As a follow-up question do the new classes have any special starting quests or even areas, or is it the same as starting any of the current characters, not a problem for a new player of course but for someone's who's run through the various starting areas with all too many alts it would be fun to do something new. Oh well, no matter, the Shire quests are always fun to do :) |

Thats a good question! I would assume that they will be the same as any other class of given race - but new ones would be fantastic! |

They may have class quests, but I'm sure they start in the same way and areas as the other members of their race. It wouldn't really work too well if the new classes were separated from the other characters. So, you'll be in the same place if you've used the same race before, but I'm sure it will be a completely different experience.
