Permanately smoking speeder? - General Discussion - Star Wars Galaxies

Ok so apparently I left the game with a damaged barc speeder. This has been years ago. Since there is no decay theres no "repair" option as far as I can see. So am I stuck with a permanately smoking speeder?

Just drive into one of the city garages. They still work for repairs, as the same thing happend to me. My speeder doesn't smoke anymore.

You need to spend about 250k on a vehicle repair kit which you can apply to your BARC (or any of the other "high end" vehicles). The high end vehicles can't be repaired at the city garage for mere credits.

Some trader on your server probably makes them. Some specific space minerals are needed for it which can only be obtained by mining by hand in space, so they're a bit on the spendy side. Try a vendor search for "vehicle repair kits" and see what comes up.

CH, Jedi, Commando, Smuggler, BH, Scout, Doctor, Chef, BE...yeah, lots of SWG time invested.
