Freedom is the will to be responsible to ourselves.

I am sure there are a few fallout fans out here who perhaps might not just know of this, I just found out myself and thought of sharing.

FilePlanet: Fallout 3 - Fileplanet Add on Pack v1.0 the download seems to require a login into a Fileplanet account, so sorry for those with dislike of Fileplanet, but it  just requires a FREE registration, not fees attached...unless you want more.

* Mod removing Level Cap at 20 and Skill cap at 100.
* EXP and level up reducing mods.
* Pip3000 UI mods and different colored skin models.
* Weapons and character stat balancing mods.
* Exciting Power Armor skins.
* Cool characters like Chuck Norris and Doomsday Wasteland Queen. ........
* New weapons and weapon reskins.
* Hi-Res monster re-skins.
* Different uniforms and outfits.
* New game music

I do understand the music needs to reflect the atmosphere and time period, yeti feel some mp3 import or net.radio would give it more replayability value, hoping a mod will come out for doing that, or maybe someone knows already of such mod, oh and sure I could just play mp3 or net radio in the back ground, but would be nicer if it came from Galaxie radio itself

You don't need a mod to remove the level 20 cap and 100 skill cap....just enter a cheat command in the console to remove it and it will. Codes are on gamefaqs.com.

I wonder when they are going to add some good downloadable content for XBox360 users, and by the way, there isn't any way to enter in the no-levelcap cheat on an Xbox is there?

If you use the console, the game starts to bug out when you hit about 5 levels or so past the caps. This is why the mods were made.

Goozex.com Try it, you'll like it.

Don't have sigs with a cheerleaders butt swinging in it, or the prudes in the Age of Conan forum section of mmorpg.com will demand the mods have it removed.

It's like many of the games bugs, some people get 'em and some don't. Like being stuck in the skill allocation window if you level up when all skills are maxed so you can't put more skill points in. There were a few threads on the Beth forums about bugs using the console. So for some the mods are necessary and for others they're just a convenience. Pretty much like every other mod.
