IMO, what Sony did with EQ2 was the best way to do it, they sell single expansions and bundle packs (expansion for 20 dollars usually and bundle pack for 40 with all previous expansions). Watch Blizzard follow that move.

Off course they can promise that, count that they will release an expansion every second year as long as they have 100K+ players. So that means at least 3 expansions more, probably even more than that.

The question is if they will do the big graphical revamp they have been discusing, they were talking about it for WOTLK but decided to wait (if they do it).

Hopefully they dont add 10 more levels with every x-pac, else its getting harder and harder to level up....

WAR and WoW

  Hahahaha!

On a more serious note, if Blizz continue to tweak engine, graphics, add new content, keep events alive, etc etc, I don't see why World of Warcraft ever has to end. People put artificial lifetime's on MMOGs, but the first successful MMORPG, UO, is still alive and kicking....

Hmmm.. Let's see.

Although Blizz makes billions of dollars from people per year, they will work on an Xpac for a few months, maybe add 1 more class, add 10 more levels, re-invent an ex-dungeon, put them in a package every 1.5 years and voila, people will still buy it.

Why would they work their asses off for another MMO? They have the market, they have millions of casual people playing their games and they enjoy it as it is.

So bring on more Xpacs like this. I wouldn't be surprised at 2015 we will still have WoW. Because most people love popular things which are easy and not competitive.

I wouldn't prefer this at all. There is no innovation in WoW, in fact Blizzard forgot what innovation is after Starcraft I believe.

Ted Treffon: No, I don't represent that either.

Osbourne Cox: You are part of a league of morons. Oh, yes. You see you're one of the morons I've been fighting my whole life. But guess what. Today, I win.

QFT Blizz will keep reskinning dungeons as long as the masses will continue to pay for it. Brilliant why not retards have money why not take it if they are so willing to give it away?

They will not even notice they have already done this twice before ignorence is bliss as they say. Until the herd decides to eat a different food and not just be to scared to leave their level 70,80,90 or 100 behind we will keep seeing crap.

Demand more for your money why let blizzard with 11 million subs get off so easy. Pull your head outta their butt and see what they are sitting in it's your cash. I am all for recycling in real life but not in a MMO that I have to buy an Xpac for.

Yes ,yes I know 11 million people would disagree with me blah blah blah but eventually you will have to realize that is the only argument you have and it will even get stale to eve
