We've some contact inside NcSoft, so we know some great announces like the incoming OB for the western release ;)

No you don't, and lying on an online gaming forum is pathetic.

Explain why they would jump right to Open Beta for Westerners, when CB has not even been discussed yet, NCsoft never (and I mean NEVER) skips the closed beta phase. Regardless of testing having been done on the same product in a different region.

You posted some legit info, and for that you have my thanks, the rest of the thread is, and will continue to be, useless.

NCSOFT have already said there will be no beta in EU and NA, they have done all the testing they needed in Korea....only thing that needs testing in EU and NA is translation.

To thank our loyal Tabula Rasa fans we've prepared a little closing down gift. Any active paying player as of 10:00 AM Pacific Time on November 21st, 2008 will be eligible for all of the following:

* 3 free months of City of Heroes including digital client
* 3 free months of Lineage II including digital client
* Aion beta access (coming soon)
* Aion pre-order access (available in 2009)
* 1 free month of Aion including digital client (available in 2009)

No, he's correct.

They will be having a "sort of" beta, but it's not a beta like you are thinking.

They announced that they would be doing beta preview events. From the sounds of it, it seems like it is remininscent of the Guild Wars preview events.

Aion Launch - when ever.

Predicted closure date: 1 yr 4 months from launch give NCSofts current track record.

Auto Assault 1+ year.

Tabula Rasa 1 1/4 years.

Your best bet for enjoying this game is that it never launch and just stays in beta for 4 years.

No I am not a TROLL I am just PO'ed that after promising to keep TR open just days after everyones accounts renewed they device to close the game.

As far as lineage and the other NCSoft games go.  Those are not new games.

Given NCSofts CURRENT track record dont be surprised if you play the game for a year or less before they close this game as well.

People who played TR are being given a free beta account for Aion.

Thats a poor substitute for peoples time invested in TR.

Auto Assault developed by Net Devil only distributed by NCSoft

Tabula Rasa designed by Richard Garriot and other people coming from UO, revamped in NCSoft under the direction of Richard Garriot. Distributed by NCSoft

Guild Wards developed by Arena.net (currently absorbed by NCSoft) distributed by NCSoft.

Lineage I and II Developed and distributed by NCSoft.

Aion Developed and distributed by NCSoft.

May be it will tell something to you

I understand your frustration.  I felt something similar in Asheron's Call 2, when Turbine shut down the game. The end begins (and ends).

Retired: AC2(1y) L2(3.5y) WoW(6m) LoTRO(6m) AoC(2m)
Tried: a lot
Currently: None
Waiting for: Aion and Darkfall
