The community is very friendly to roleplayers. Honestly, most of them are Hardcore Gamers, that like roleplay, enjoy pvp and etc. Well, all in one.

OP, you are going to take a lot of crap for making that observation.  However, you are 100% correct.  I hate to tell you for those who don't like to hear it, but if this game is fpv only then they might as well not even release because there will NOT be enough people subscribing to even pay their salaries lol.  Trust me on this one.  I know you think I'm wrong and TONS of people will be subscribing anyway, but the fact of the matter is -- they won't. 

This is why you will see the fpv comprised before release.  They will relize how big of a mistake it is and the fact that even us sandbox fanbois will trash a game that doesn't allow 3rd person view.  The best way to attack someone in this game would be from behind because you'd never see them till you were dead lol.  FPV is a something that CAN be adopted into MO with success.  However, perma fpv is not likely because no one would play it!  I anticpate MO addressing the issue further down the road.  But for those who think perma FPV is amazing and you'll fanboi this game off a cliff, well trust me we are not that stupid as consumers and they are not that stupid as producers so the game you are thinking of won't exsist.  And if they are that stupid, well good luck, you'll need it.

Those tho think perma FPV is amazing, are big fans of games such as dark messiah, mount&blade (although it's basic mode is tpv), gothic 1-2, thief and couple other fpv rpg games. Adding to it bunch of casual fps players.
And nobody will trust you in any word you say, or he might start talking trash before even visiting MO website.

btw: did you ever play something different than ... well L2, EQ2 or wow ? Cause games mentioned above are one of the most succesful games ever.
Wish you good luck hating all sandbox games fpv games, and hope that one time you'll start having fun playing online games, rather than seeing them only as competition fields.

I think rather than hoping the devs change the entire game so that people can watch thier toon fight, you should simply accept the fact that this game is not for you!

I am very interested in all the features as they have been laid out on the Mortal Online website. I want to play thier game not a changed version of the game to fit my needs or wants in an MMO.

I don't think first person is going to be as clean in an MMO as third person. It's ok in FPS type games where you don't have 100 people standing in one location (auction house, etc). Third person is really more user friendly for MMO's.

 Okey, then this game isn´t the one for you. But I know many people that are excited about it. 

I think it´s about time a MMO with FPV-only is released.  

I think it's pretty funny how people call everyone that defends a certain game a fanboy. Even if they never stated that something else sucks etc without provding some sort of proof, which fanboys often do.

I'm gonna play(at least try) both Darkfall and Mo, and I think/hope both are going to be great.
