Darkfall

The girl runs like a chicken.

It's like her butt doesn't move, but the legs move right below her butt, or something. Reminds me of a chicken running.

But, I think I could get used to it. Some people just can't play games if the animations aren't just right, but that doesn't bother me to much.

The combat reminds me of Diablo. That was a fun game.

i would still be playing diablo II if there was a way to get higher than 800x600 graphics :(

on a 22in ws monitor it just looks bad lol

People think that Mount and Blade has bad graphics but I think that game is beutiful. It is all personal Preferance, for example I love the Darkfall Graphics and style but I hate most of the animations. Will it stop me from playing the game? Damn you got to be kidding me, no of course it wont. Anyone here remember the running animations in SWG. Even look at UO the graphics were just fair for the time but I loved the art style.

My opinion of it...It shows the game's combat vs NPCs in more depth, and I'm not disapointed.

Character models blow ass, but who really gives a shit?  This game will be revolutionary if it releases in a decent state.

On another note, where are the other beta players?  One of my biggest concerns was wanting to see others in the game, through this video.  No evidence of a closed beta from this, though.

Overall, fine.  I'd give it a 5 of 10

Wow everyone bitching about graphics, I could care less about the graphics as long as they come thought on there set of features promised hell I would take UO style graphics if the game came thought.

Thank you for summing up the whole thread for me.  I knew the thread would be litered with comments about graphics as soon as the in game footage started rolling in.. to me it's all good because

1. Means I'll have more people to play with (without them taking off and running into a tree at random, lol video laggers..) being that their computers can handle it.

and

2. Well, two is the same as one.. but I'LL be able to enjoy fighting in huge battles without having to take my video settings down a notch.

To be completely honest.. the graphics aren't THAT bad.

I agree with you, the graphics are actually stunning, when using Aventurine's scenic videos, as examples.

I'm a big atmosphere nut.  I don't care if it looks like I'm a chicken when I run....As long as I'm able to see something amazing every day.

Anyone "that" hung up on graphics, is a child.  Plain and simple.  They just don't understand the idea of this game.
