Can anybody help me out? I'm thinking if I want a classic or nano, but I'm not a wiz at I pods and a lot of you older people keep Black Friday on tabs. I need some help.

Its apple. I would have had to sned my ipod off 4 times(2 weeks at a time) before they would just let me get a new one at equal value of what I paid.(My brother took all of 2mins to get a new zune replacement) The refurbed one was crap. Unless its a illegal one there won't be any.

i thought about getting a zune. i really don't know what i want. i want somthin that can last

I got my 30GB zune last christmas. Still works like a champ, and I use it about 2-3 hours every weekday (I commute to work on a Bus to the city, as parking is absolutely ridiculous in Baltimore)

God I went to Baltamore last year to Otakon. God I hate it. Gotta pay no matter where you park. Beautiful place though, but hate parking. I like the looks of the Zune.

Well if you are willing to wait for your money you can use live.com to search for an ipod after having signed up for a "cashback" account. 

I think Target has 25% cashback on ipods right now.

20% off anything purchased on ebay with paypal and buy it now. 

It says it can't be combined with coupons, but a lot of people are getting away with it anyhow... and some coupons, like ones from ebay sent to your ebay user name, can be combined with the cashback.

I bought a wii sports console and a wii fit for my girlfriend at the inflated price of 415 shipped.  Got 41 bucks off with a 10% ebay coupon.  Got 20% cashback with live search for another $103 off.  Then got 30 off for paying with an ebay mastercard i signed up for.

So all told i saved $174 for an out the door price of $241, less than the price of a regular wii.

P.S.

if you are going to use live.com you have to register a cashback account, then search for "ipod" or whatever, and click the links with the gold coins provided by the search results to take you to the store.  You will get a message when redirected to the store telling you that your cashback of xx% is now active.

it depends on your personal preference man. as for myself, i have a nano 3rd gen which i really like coz its sleek and small but eventually, i needed more space so i am currently saving up for a 160GB classic. so i think it really depends on you. is it memory size or the appearance.

Dont buy an ipod.

Go look at ANY other portable electronic device and you will discover 1 major difference.YOU can replace the battery.The batteries in the ipod and iphone are only made to be rechardged after so many times.I have an 15 gig ipod that wont even boot up AFTER remaining in its charge base for months.

Why would anyone make a product powered by a battery that cannot be easily replaced?Sure there are 3rd party batteries available but its still not easy to do.Sorry but ive got a pretty poor opinion of anything made by Apple.

Hell go to walmart and you will see a LOT of mp3 players for a lot less.LINKAGE

 I prefer my Sansa myself. Don't need to download a bunch of garbage to fill your PC. Just put in a cd, copy the files on the cd to the sansa player (forgot what files can use, but I used mp3 files recently). You can download music too and put it on your cd. With Eve Online, I just copied the music files from the eve folder and put it on my player.

The only thing I need to install (and its not really required) is the music converter so sansa can play the music if it can't.
