It has begun :)

Roaming world 6v6 groups are starting to pop up all over the place on my server (KEP) as well as others

Was only a matter of time before this started happening, I guess, given a lot of ex-DAoC players are playing the game. Good alternative for those liking world RvR but not interested in huge fights all the time.

I already saw, several times, smalls groups kill entire zergs.

The last time a group from Obliteration that killed an entire WB of us.

So I am not surprise that these 6man groups are starting to find each other in the battlefield! :)

What's with the 6v6 stuff? Why this number? Is it a DaoC thing?

1 full group in WAR = 6 people, warband = 4 groups = 24

There's a lot of chat, people keep track of the best 6v6 groups on forums etc (same as in DAOC days)

Some guilds focus entirely on high performance 6v6, joining the mass world RVR fights only on their 6v6 downtime :)
