You already told us that you played your friends account for 1 day for a couple hours at lvl 40 - you have no idea about the keeps / raids, etc in current form, and skip all the direct normal questions I have asked before. Might be best you moved on it's not healthy. You see at the end of the day we have seen this here on these forums over the past 18 months - guess what? Those that play the game are still here, over the 90% that quit and post to cause nuisance.. they realised it's not healthy and moved on - its been 6 months already. You can cling to your 90% figure all you like but you can never prove it as fact.
Why can we never prove it as fact? Because Funcom shutup tighter than a drum about this issue when the game went over the cliff. This game is dead - they posted sub numbers and then abruptly ceased this practice, citing company policy. It wasnt policy in the 2nd quarter report when they were trying to use the propped up number to bolster support for the game. Now they know if they release numbers they have to explain what they mean and they wont be good. So they opt not to release them.... We would LOVE to see some current numbers from funcom. Blizzard does this pretty regularly. Aside from the falsehood funcom employees try to spread on their forums, blizzards numbers are not people served. The numbers they release are number currently playing in their first month, number of people paying with game cards, and number of people with current paid up accounts via CC, pay pal and other various payment methods. So Avery if Funcom is right and AoC is on the rebound, why not post sub number? WOW does it? What could possibly be the reason that Funcom DID in the Q2 report, and now says they dont because of company policy?
I think this has been spoon fed to you before. Expected revenue in Q4 is 8-10 Mill USD. 1 year ago Operating revenue was like 0.5 Mill USD making AoC responsible alone for 7.5-9.5 Mill USD in Q4 this year. I showed it on a pocket calculator to you before (just look it up if you already forgot it) that this equivalents to at least 150 000 to 200 000 AoC players. After all nobody will give the money in charity to FC. They have to make them from subs. If this is still not good enough for you, I guess you just have to play WoW that aledgedly have 12 Mill subs. Let me remind you of that not all people agree with that number either. |

I doubt Blizzard would lie about their sub numbers. If they got caught, wouldn't that be like lying to investors, which would be a bad thing? These Conan numbers you talk about are just guessing. I wouldn't use that shady Q3 report as my primary source of subscription information. Didn't they use dirty tricks to fiddle with the numbers? Until Funcom releases those numbers, we will never know for sure. What I've personally seen was a huge mass exodus of players. It felt like all the players from my server slowly left. After PvP patch some of them returned and some others came to our server from other less populated servers, but server population never went back to what it was at launch. Not even close. |

LOL. You truly can't help yourself. Hahaha... My god this is funny!!! So, since I probably will get banned for telling what I think is so funny *suppressed laughter*, lets pretend I want to hear your storry and some of your more detailed experiences. What server did you play on? What PvP level did you get to and what was you favourite PvP armor? Give us an example of the redemption Quest you thought was the one FC did worst job on. An example on the one you liked the most would also be good? What was your favorite PvP minigame map?

Let me get this straight.. What is wrong with that "shady" Q3 report? You know lying in such a financial report is a fellony punishable by imprisonment? If they used "dirty tricks" I guess you could point me to a news article discussing the case that has been filed against them? Or since you are so confident it is untrustworthy, why not go press charges yourselves? But ofcourse, we better trust the rumour mongerers on these boards instead.... |

Wtf.. 1. What are you talking about? 2. What is this? A Nazi interrogation? I'm not here to answer some 10 questions by some crazy forum guy. You sound like a serial killer who wears womens clothes and make-up. Like that guy on Silence of the Lambs. |
