Hi all. I quit Conan last week because I got tired of ganking in Kheshatta and city siege was nothing like what they promised. I just found pvp in Conan quite boring. I was wondering if there are any plans to add more pvp content like guild ladder or something? |

What are you talking about? PvP XP system is a good thing to have. All those exploits and fight clubbing really suck but what can you do. I just wish this PvP XP system would have been in place at launch like they said. Then maybe all those people wouldn't have left. For me PvP XP system is not enough. I like fast, fun minigames and the minigames in Conan were too boring for me. All that capture the flag.., I mean skull. BOO-RIIING. And what about that Drunken Brawling they talked about? Is it gone for good? |

Sounds like you want a game that gives you an FPS style of jump on an play. AoC was never meant to have this. If they wanted people to grin mini games there would be more options for them and a better reward for wining. If you want those features play WAR. |

Perhaps you could expand on the PvP points that guilds are earning.... |

You make it sound as if a lack of options, a lack of functionality, and ultimately a lack of things to do, is a good thing for an MMO. In my opinion, these are not good things, and are some of the reasons AoC lost so many players. They need to add a lot more to the game, especially as it regards PvP, and GvG. Again, AoC is NOT a PvP-centric game. PvP was obviously tacked on, without any idea where they were going with it. They thought keep sieges were enough - they were wrong. |

I strongly disagree with you here after the PvP XP and Conseqence system is in. AoC provides a hole suite of PvP, GvG (massive PvP) options. 1. PvP Consequence, PvP anytime any place. Outsiders/Murderes being hunted by Lawobeying citicents, and/or people just flat out PvPing eachother (within levelrange) 2. There is a ton of gear revolving about this system. Something like 400 PvP pices. This thoroughly underline the importance of people PvPing in this game. 3. PvP Sieges City or Battlekeep (48 vs 48). 4. PvP Minigames. I probably forgot something but the whole PvP level and Consequence system basically makes AoC a very PvP centric system. |
