Why resub to a game that will close within 6 months?

At 10 dollars at amazon.com it shows it fails as a new game. I don't see EA supporting it longer than at breakeven point. That point is 250K subs for EA... and they are already under this number if you believe Xfire.

But of course www.xfire.com is no good for some.

The only thing is ... Xfire always was right in the past (TR, VA, AoC), so why shouldn't it be right with War, a game which wasn't even ready to be published.

Other MMORPG's survived with less subs, but as this is an EA game and economy is in a depression.

So Why resub for a game that has such a dark future? Go talk with TR fans and the others that have closed their curtains.

To the question in thread title: yes.

Yes. Really enjoying WAR at the minute, not a bad game at all.

No.  I bought a 2 month card and haven't even used the second month part of it.

The performance problems were honestly the biggest problem for me.  I can deal with alot of things, but I can't deal with random hitches caused by poor coding for UI element interaction.

resub ?  I never left -- best PvP MMO to date.

Just canceled my account. And subbed for Vanguard.   

All WAR has is scenarios and RvR

Scenarios were fun for a lil while but the small number of maps, bad designing of some maps and how they broke maps into tiers kinda killed it. Sure WoW has less maps but there a PvE focus game.  Mythic shouldve took pointers from fps.  Seeing as its a  major feature.

RvR, while fun gets old after a few hours each day.  And keeps to me were just super tiny dungeons. Sure they were dungeons with PKs in them but most games with a pvp server have that + bigger dungeons. 

Better than Guild Wars imo but I cant see playing WAR for a year or longer specialy 15 dollars a month.

The Halloween event was kinda weak even compared to F2P games but seeing as they just released I didnt give it much thought but the last event was realy sad. I get the impression that this is all im going to get for my 15 dollars a month, free cash shop items I have to grind for.

Ill probaly sub up periodicaly but not longer than a month. 

Anyone remember the old devs before mythic took over WAR?  Totaly different game.

Because you said it was the best PvP to date.   To bad you didnt try mythics last game wasnt the best but better than WAR.
