I've noticed that there are no rules regarding names on this site, or at least I cannot find them in the rules of conduct. Some people may not find some of the names used here offensive, but I keep noticing several that are blatantly meant to be offensive. Is there some means to report them, change them, or something? |

Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere. |
I would think just click report on a post and complain about the name. DISCLAIMER. Even though I might sometimes play a blonde female avatar in a game, the handle 'airhead' is not meant to be understood as some kind of bigoted poke against blond females, even though I'm married to one and have actual real knowledge, I would never over generalize some segment of the population in such a negative way. It's actually homage to that Fraser/Sandler movie 'Airheads'; a collection of underachieving beer-drinking head-bangers, yet again, a group I would never over-generalize or categorize in a negative manner. I love everybody, and everybody is perfect. |

Actually, there are more offensive names out there than airheads. My current example would be Blomi, which as far as I can tell, can only be interpreted one way. |
