Dunno but that includes BioWare's, Lucas Arts' and EA's money. |

I can't decide how to feel about this news. I am excited because I LOVE star wars, I loved KotAR, and Bioware makes good games. I'm uneasy because I think Bioware will be aiming at the WoW market, and alas make a spoon fed linear game, which isn't the sand box I am looking for. And after reading the interview with the Bioware MMO devs from which they all said they were playing WoW, I fully expect a World of Star Wars. |

The Devs at Bioware play a lot of different games. I wouldn't get too negative at this point. |

There's many differant areas a dev could be outlining and studying in playing a mmo, like WOW. Just because the Bio devs said they play WOW doesn't mean they are building their mmo to be just like it. They could of have been talking about how polished each aspect of WOW is want to carry that into their game. |

As opposed to what other games that don't use class system? hmm let me think, hmmm, it's on the tip of my tongue... oh right! Just about 99% of all OTHER games. Not to mention that class system was not just a "WoW" thing. Older games came out with classes before WoW ever did, so stop your WoW-bitchin because this all started with Everquest and almost every single other MMO after it WAY before WoW did. |

I'd expect a little better from someone in his position TBH. I'd like to hear what Bioware has to say. |

Same with popular sandbox games in other genres like Elder Scrolls, GTA, etc. A sandbox game can have Quests you and I have different definitions of what a sandbox can be obviously edit- And we see plenty of sandboxes made by big name companies (Halo 3 forge mode, GTA, Elder scrolls, Fallout 3, etc). They've just blown up bigtime in PC/console space I seriously doubt you have a crystal ball that tells you the future in anycase it must be cracked yo |
