So i have an account from a long time ago, it was a full account but later from a promo i added a 15 day trial to my existing account which turned it into trial. I have a level 15 ninja dark MM (Deleted my high levels while back), and i wanted to go back to play him. But should i just renew subscription, or should i take the trial for 14 days and see if i would really like coming back, then resubscribe to go back on my old chars? |

I'd say throw a separate trial out there -- you can go up to a maximum of 14 and that can be done pretty quickly so you can get a feel for the game. If it takes and you like your hero/villains, remember to delete them off the trial before resubbing to your main account. |

I'd say take the trial if you aren't sure, it is a little difficult to get groups on a trial account though because they lock you out of the broadcast channels, and I don't think you can send private messages. Saves money though :) |

If you forgot the name registered (and don't have the old confirmation stored in your email folders) then you have to use the "contact support" option. But they can help you find it out. Instructions here: http://www.plaync.com/us/support/doc_4405.html As for what you should play: Most of the newer content was for higher-level characters. (Inventions technically start as low as 10, but they are clearly intended more for higher levels.) So if you still had your old toons, I would definitely say that you need to just resub. (Since a trial wouldn't show you what you need to know.) However, since that's not the case... If you're a bit "thrifty" (I am too) then sure, play the trial and see if the bug catches you again. |
