For god's sake join or make a Open PQ raid groups people! The icon near your portrait allows you to make one or join one. If you make PQ group you can turn it into a open raid by right clicking on your party mates portrait and selecting "Turn into Warband" option and then selecting "Open". This allows you to monitor other peoples health and heal them if you are a healer. In fact you are better off healing if you can then trying to compete with the dps classes in PQ's. You still get the same amount of points for healing as you do for doing damage in PQ's.

Also loot drops, coin, and influence points are gained a whole lot faster when you join or make a open raid group for you PQ then running around solo by yourself!
