I can't find anywhere on there to where it says how to cancel the preorder, or anything purchased from there. Can you let me know how you did it? Thanks.

Anybody have any info? The only way to contact them was to send them a question, and I haven't heard anything back. Is there something I need to do? I filled in the form, sent my email confirmation for the order and said i'd like to cancel. Hopefully that was it.
