If you look through these forums you will see plenty of feedback, both pro-warhammer, and anti-warhammer. The question you need to address for yourself is: What kind of game do you like to play? If you like Massively Multiplayer Realm vs Realm and Player vs Player combat, then Warhammer might well be your cup of tea. If you only like Player vs Environment, and large undirected sandbox style gameplay with state of the art graphics, then Warhammer might not be worth your investment of limited resources. Do some research on the game features in Warhammer, and think about what kind of games you enjoy, then you will have your answer. Relying upon people to tell you what you will like or not probably isn't as usefull. The best I can tell you is that the game is what it is, and I find it fun to play. I hope this helps. |

There's a sticky that has a compilation of reviews from preview weekend and into open beta called MMORPG.com review compilation. Check the features and see if it sounds good, and then know that it is a very well made and polished game. If you like the style then you won't be dissapointed. |

Warhammer is pretty fun. Ive played in beta and now the headstart. This game will have alot of subs but in no way will it take that much of a dent out of wow. With that saying..if you really want to have a good time in warhammer I would suggest getting in a big guild (at least 40 players) and teaming up with guildies. I dont think anyone will get the full potential out of WH if not in a good mature guild. As far as if you should buy or not, I would suggest yes if you can do the things I listed above. The pvp is pretty simple so far but it is alot of fun. |
