Darkfall

Have you fallen that low, grabbing "official" information from a single line from an English event program, translated from Greek, for an event Aventurine is participating in. Clearly a crediable source for official Darkfall information.

So you don't get your pretty little head worried again, ALL official information is posted on the Darkfall News Forums. Any other information is -not- official.

I know everyone has an opinion and the right to express it, but what do you truly get out of bashing Darkfall. Have you been following Darkfall so long, that you have grown bitter, or do you simply enjoy spewing ignorance. I truly don't care, how you get your kicks is no concern of mine.

We all are eternally indebted to you for showing us the light, we will all now quit following Darkfall. I don't know if you have realized yet, you cannot change people's opinions, the same way no one can change yours. Find a game to be supportive of and support it, maybe even post some constructive criticism (don't confuse ignorant bullshit with constructive criticism, your posts on WWII:OL prove you know the differance). I know you have spent over a year of your life discrediting Aventurine, and of course you could never be wrong. The evidence was there, us fanbois just wont listen to reason!

You do not add anything to these forums, and no one wants you here. Follow your own advice "I don't see the point of arguing about it anymore" and Please never post on the Darkfall forums again. We'll be just fine without you.

After seven years and all the stuff this game has gone through I don't think missing a launch date would end the following of this game.    As long as Aventurine continues to make press releases there are people  who will keep following this game for another seven years with nothing more than more promises and an occasional video.

I'm not saying that's a good thing, just that it's something many in the MMORPG community would let happen willingly and freely.

Naturally it would be best if Aventurine doesn't miss the dates they have announced.    We'll get to see if they can back up their promises in the next three months.

As long as beta launches this year they have nothing to worry about (if the game is what we hope it will be) since with beta out there we are not going anywhere and they will be free to launch when its ready, thankfully.

Well, I plan on attending that event and seeing with my own eyes.

My belief is it's going to be a demo of some sort-not just talks.

Of course we could all be proven wrong if Beta has already started before that date...

Yeah, not seeing DF launch in mid-Oct, beta maybe.  But hey, any news is good news at this point.

Good to hear we have someone from the community who will be attending, will you be taking a digital camera?

I hope it will not just be a talk, but as you can see for yourself in the English program it only mentions Darkfall or Aventurine as scheduled to make a “presentation and launch” in the Talk Zone.

Does not say anything about them being involved with the Event zone, Live zone, gaming/modding zone or the Experience zone which I would expect if there is going to be playable version available or a demonstration of the actual game itself.

But hopefully there will be and its just not mentioned in the program for some reason, but I personally wont be surprised if Darkfall’s “official presentation and launch” at this event is just going to be Tasos talking in the Talk Zone and showing some screenshots and videos.

pol and id otn expect any more than that because thres no official annuncmeant of what there going to do for the darkfall event part of it maybe we will hear something today
