How do you craft with this skill, im stuck at adding a fragment?

You picked a tough one!

The fragment is obtained by a magical salvager (gathering skill) who salvages a green or better item.  There seems to be a low chance of a Fragment being made, thus making talisman making a difficult skill to level.

You can salvage white cons as well. I do that a lot unfortunately.

Hmph.  I didn't know that about the white items, I thought it was only green or better.  Thanks for the heads up.

Unfortunately I am currently bugged.  I got to level 15 talisman making, and then all of a sudden every time I try to make a talisman it says, "Your apothecary level is too low."  What's weird is right before this started happening I had just made a talisman without any problems whatsoever.

I logged out and back in, and also tried exiting the game, doing a complete file check and nothing seems to work.  I sent it n as a bug.  Hopefully I get a fix soon as I don't want to outlevel my salvaging ability. I recently went to a lower level area to work a pq and poof....I turned into a chicken.  So at some point, I may not be able to loot items low level enough and will have to rely on purchasing from vendors or auctionhouse I guess.

I've never been able to salvage a white item. But then again, after failing the first few times (that could have been because the item was too low level as you cannot salvage ANYTHING under level X.... I think 4.) I never bothered to try again.

But as white items do not have bonuses, what exactly you get out of them? not fragments for sure....?

Nope, I mean salvaging.

Yeah, you get fragments that make talismans ending up with a +1 or +2 bonus. I can't remember if I've always had white items thrown in, or if it just happened when my skill got higher (am capped now).

It's also been suggested that I'm somehow bugged. Either way, the white frags just get sold when I get them.

finaly got some help, I asked this about 100 times in populated areas and got no replies. Wtf is with this game comunity, does chat not work.Ive been using /1 when i chat?

Instead of thinking that my fellow Order players are unhelpful asshats, I like to think that they are using the deafult chat setting and have simply missed my messages :)

What I do is remove monstersay and colour channel /1 in pink.

Maybe that could pass after asking 4-5 times but you think its normal to have no reply at all?

I may not of ask 100 times but it is over 50 times for sure.
