I killed this rat boss and it said it gave me a tactic called concurrent evasion (or something like that), I had to log out ofr a few minutes and lost the information in the combat text.
How do you see what tactics (hidden ones), that you have the option of getting, or have partially gotten? I went to the Altdorf library and I couldn't find the tactic purchasing vendor, am I looking in the right spot? |

has mythic added the tactic vendors back? If so, the library would be the place . |

said they disabled them.. for a while.. tho all those tome tactics are useless , well 5% dmg against rats might be good in some pve raid zone.. but since there is none.. hardly |

Yeah that's what I got, but why did they call it 'concurrent evasion' or something like that ,and then give me a rat dungeon tactic as described above. |

Go to your ToK and look under Rewards. There you will find all information about Tactics, Cards, Trophies etc. that you can get.
