Game hopping since 2003.

My free time is dimishing to nothing recently but I still need my fix. Can I get anywhere in this game with a dozen hours a week?

At the start "yes", just because they have made things a bit easier for players. However, there will be a threshold where you will have to be very cognizant to how you make your money. Also, even with the vitality system, at the higher lvls it will still be a grind.

Will you be competitive? Perhaps if you are in a good clan.
