Maybe they mean FULL... As in all building are T3, Walls, Etc... Nobody I know of had accomplished that, so maybe that's what they're talking about. You only needed a T3 Keep for a Battle Keep. |

They mean full but meh, there are alot of guilds who could´ve finished the T3 long time ago including ours but no-one cared cause it gives no real benefits whatsoever anyway. Game is dead, who cares. |
