They haven't released a good game in a while so I keep forgetting my password, I forgot my password reset question and they are asking me for my original guild wars key. Guild wars has been out five years, where exactly do they expect me to get my key from? Surely it would have bio degraded by now if it was written on paper :) I've bought almost every game they've release between guild wars and now, why guild wars? lol The worse thing is I've been through this faff before and every time shouting at them seems to work perfectly, why can't they do their jobs without stressing out their customers lol |

Play NC support is bad, But Sega support is worse, Picture this, you pay your subscription fee, but you get an error on your computer or PS2 that does not let you log into the game, and for a ENTIRE MONTH SEGA does nothing to fix it, so you payed your monthly fee, they don't let you cancel your subscription and you can't play, And when you contact them they give you canned responces like "We are sorry you are experiencing this problem please wait for further blah blah blah info about fixing blah blah and so on" |

You forget your password that you created. You forget your reset answer that you created. You can't find your copy of your authentication key. You have done this a number of times already and it's all NCSoft's problem? |

Yeah. The reason why NC Softs ranking on the bbb web site is "Unsatisfactory" is because of my idiocy. reported. |
