To live free is worth dying for.

I know, it's a pain to get a scenario, the open world PVP isn't always jumping.  Unless you're on a Que'd server it "can" be hard to get a steady flow of WAR.

I agree, these are problems and can be a bit of an annoyance.

I expect Mythic will end up merging servers in terms of scenario's ala WOW's solution for BG's, at least at the T1-2 MAYBE T-3 range.

But in 3-6 months, when most folks are on their mains, at 40, the war will rage across the T4 zones,a dn the guys enjoying the high population densities will be hating life as the end game will be overloaded, and those on the small population servers will have the smoother battles, better WAR.

So I'm not worried about the T1-3 populations.  Annoying at times, yes?   But the back end will be that much better.

I think your wrong.

The thing about WAR is it is supposed to be fun from level 1, and for me so far it is.  I don't want to wait until T4 to have fun, and the game developers have said end game starts at level 1.

On my server, population seems fine, scenarios are kicking.  Not much in open rvr though, this is T1/T2.

And on any server, if open RvR is to crowded for you, just join a scenario.

Jacobs announced today they are going to boost experience gain for new characters on the lower pop servers.

They are realizing low population is a serious problem and they're trying to get people to create new easy-mode leveling alts to fill up the world. They are calling this a "baby step." It's a very short-term solution to a major problem.

You can either agree with me or be wrong!

That makes no sense whatsoever. If Population imbalance is going to show anywhere it's T4 where Open PvP is actually going to be necessary to get stuff done and the most imbalanced servers are the ones that aren't forced to equality like the full servers are.

Because on Order side it means grinding PQ/PVE/scenarios because open RvR is being zerged by destro. Also at T4, the problem will be the same except that PQ/ and PvE won't be an option anymore.

PQ/PVE/Scenarios grind is extremely boring, since it's not as good as WoW 1-60 used to be at release.

So far the problem with WAR is that it feels like WoW, but the landscape are not as good looking, the combat system is not as dynamic and fun, and RvR doesn't work the way it was intended. Oh yeah, instances flat ou suck.

EQ1 2000-2004. Hardcore raiding up and including PoP.
WoW 2005-2006. Hardcore lvling, few raids.
WAR - 2 weeks. Bored.

GOA (adj);
Good Old Amateurs

the really meaningful campaign is the t4 one.. the t1-3 ones are just to 'train' people into whats coming.

AoC, AC, AO, DAoC, DDO, Entropy, Eve, Eq2, GW, MW3 [SL], L1, L2, RF, SWG, TR, UO, WOW, WAR

Why worry about T1-3 populations? Go look at the problems people are experiencing on low pop realms. In several months, all these high pop realms now will have their populations focused mainly in T4, and leveling a new character on that server will be very boring when nobody is around for PQs or scenarios. This game falls apart badly without sustainable population levels.
