Just curious if anyone has seen any info about this. Being a huge Planetside fan (the style and gameplay rules were nearly perfect), will this be anything like it? Or will be it more like the uninspirational Tabula Rasa? Will it lean more towards (or even 100%) PvP, or PvE, or a mixture of both? I saw the newly released video (which was way too short) and it somewhat reminded me of Planetside, which is why I'm asking. |

I'm fairly certain that this will be nothing at all like Planetside. My understanding is that it is a standard 3rd person MMORPG with targeting, auto-aiming and skill usage. It just happens to be at longer range with a sci-fi setting rather than close range with a fantasy setting. What makes the game interesting is the story, the awesome cover system used in combat and the other things they are doing with the game. |
