No really.  The BETA testers are telling horror stories about warlocks haveing their a$$es handed to them  and I mean they re the one-eyed, left-handed, red-headed step child of WOW in WOTLK. They just keep nerfing warlocks whilst ret pallies are 3 shotting everything in sight. And don't get me stated on mages who are now so OP they might as well be bosses.

It's  sick twisted thing Blizzard did to warlocks and they keep buffing stunlock! My freind has the best PVP gear in WOW and he gets stunlocked by blue rogues from 100 to 0. Thus rogues need to be nerfed ...or rather stunlock does or all warlocks will quit.

Well we're still in beta classes are chnaged once even twice a week.  Any 1 who quits now over class balance does not deserve to be in Beta.

Hunters have been nerfed 3 patches in a row, but I am still here.

And in the last patch the 2 changes to lock we're buffs.

Affliction
Improved Corruption - Ranks 3,4, and 5 tooltip fixed. Rank 5: Increases the damage done by your Corruption by 10%, and increases the critical strike chance of your Seed of Corruption by 5%

Destruction
Molten Core - Your Shadow spells and damage over time effects have a 15% chance to increase the damage of your Fire spells by 10% for 12 sec. Up from 6 sec.

But yes ret pallies are OP right now and the dev/players know it.  Mages seem fine to me and rogues are just as 50/50 as they have ever been.

Erm, aren't they "TESTING" at the moment in the beta "TEST"?

Anyone that is carrying horror stories is just pure scare mongering as things are changing all the time in testing and don't represent exactly what will actually happen on release. If they were interested in doing what they were supposed to be doing then they should convey their concerns with reasons to the Blizzard testing team rather than carrying tales like kids out of school.

Warlocks didnt get hugely nerfed, they just didnt get massively buffed liked other classes. So, now other classes are on the same level as Warlocks and the bad players cant handle it.

What Blizzard understands about Ret Paladins is that they are over powered at 70 and total suck at 80. Dont expect many changes to Ret Paladins from here on out because Blizzard is now balancing around level 80, because balancing anything for level 70 would be a waste.

Rogues have always been able to stun lock. The people that suck at PvP are the ones that let themselves get killed because of it.

About the only spec that is truly over powered at level 70 and level 80 and for PvE and PvP are Frost Mages.

No. Most of the warlocks are complaining that the expansion doesn't really bring anything new to them like it does other classes. The general consensus within the warlock community is that the class just isn't fun to play in wotlk. The new warlock abilities leave a lot to be desired. And by not getting buffed hardly at all, it kind of is a nerf, lol.

my buddy plays a lock. and he will still be a lock in wotlk no matter what... so *Shrugs* you can tell him other wise. he doesn't really care honestly.

Oh no, Warlocks are losing their easy-mode, lets all quit.

The actual number of Warlocks quitting (no, cancelling and reopening when the time runs out doesn't count) is probably no more than two digits, and comparable to any other classes.

good warlocks are lame...but seriously they aren't leaving in droves just bitching like every other class because they all wanna be the top dog.
