Does anyone know which game is best in terms of ease of getting groups at the lower level up till the endgame?

Well, this may not answer your question, but in FFXI you must group all the way through the game. However it can become tedious if you are not a Healer/Tank to find a group later on in the game.

True FFXI is a group heavy game but it's also very difficult in getting an actually group in a timely manner there. Learned that when I played when it first came out. Wasn't a welcoming experience. Made EQ1 more fun by comparison is what i felt at the time.

Well, it's not LOTRO. That's also a group quest heavy game, but finding them is a nightmare. (Though during the free weekend it was pretty decent).

I would have to say city of heroes/villians is very easy to find groups in. I've tried most of the other mmo's out and none can compare to the city of heroes in terms of finding groups. Sadly most mmo's are just single player games with a chat feature.

Well, I'll just toss WAR out there for the hell of it.

Step 1 - Click the grouping button by your HUD.

A list will pop up showing all of the parties in your area as well as the approximate amount of time it will take you to run to them from your current location. It also shows what the group is currently doing (RvR, PvE, PQ), how many players are in the group, and what/who they are.

Step 2 - Click the appropriate group for what you want to do and you will join instantly.

STOP WHINING!

Currently playing WAR myself, and many would argue that their biggest gripe right now is group and overall population. While part of the design seems to make grouping sensible, it's also flawed to the point there is very little communication.

I just uninstalled that free game for what it's worth, oddly I rarely try them. It's as shallow as a kiddie pool.
