WAR (Warhammer Online)

I have played on a med/med server since the game launched. I am sure people are familier with my views so I won't repeat them here, but as an update...

Couldnt get a group for PQs I said, roll on a full server they said....

Open world PvP was empty and lacklustre I said, roll on a full server they said....

Couldnt find an active guild of good people I said, roll on an full server they said...

Noone talked/ cooperated/ socalised I said, roll on a full server they said...

SO.....

I decide to give WAR a final last gasp in a stupid effort to wring some VFM outta my box cost and roll on a full server...

and you know what?

18 HOURS QUEUE TIME LMAO

So... The option seems to be, at this point in the game's life... roll on a medium pop server and suffer a barren, souless, static, solo zerg game, OR wait wait wait.

Considering the ONLY advice that gets given to me to solve the problems of this game i have seen is to re-roll on a full server, this game gets more and more of a joke to me.

18 hour queue time to getinto the server? Or 18 hour for Scenario queue?  The 18hour join time.. is like 10 minutes TOPs.. and I've yet to wait even 10 minutes queued up in a T2 scenario.

I think your issue has a simple answer. Find a guild. I know getting a guild isnt like going to Walmart and hitting the checkout. BUt if you put some time into finding a guild on your server, you will see a whole new side to WAR and the problems you list evaporate.

My server is High/High or High/Full most of the time (Darklands) and most I've ever waited in Q was 15mins that one time.  I do play order tho, so I'm guessing you play destruction. LOL.

Its good to see you tried again, but rerolling a reroll is kinda deppressing. But hey, you gave it a shot.

Wow, you waited 18 hours to play? Thats insane. Well, this game isn't for you I guess. Unfortunate that you paid the 50 bucks for nuthin.

But I may suggest try again later. This game is still new come back in a few months. That would be the only other suggestion. Or even find another guild on your original server. Just cause you have friends in the your guild already doesn't mean they will hate you if you leave. And if you find another guild thats great for PQ's and such get your friends to join or ally with them.

Stick it out on your original server till your time is actually up. Then take it from there. Good Luck in your future gaming if it takes you somewhere else.
 

FYI my server is high/high (Chaos Waste) and it is fairly decent.

You are more than welcome to come to Order on Azazel and contact anyone from SeeSaw The Booy/Alliance is Goon Slayers. We are on all coasts and are on at all times, all over 18 and even a couple of hubby/wife teams. Don't despair, not all servers are this way- heck half the time we are so busy we have a hard time deciding what to do and when- but we are always kickin arse!

the 18h queu time shows up, but a few mins later it drops to like 15-20mins (volkmar) and even that is ultra high, usually its a 4min - 6min wait

I usually dont advice on what others should play because no one but each of us know that.  But after reading all your posts (anyone can check them in your history), I will advice you what to do: move on.

Find another game that you like more.  Stop playing WAR... this doesnt seem to be a game for you.

We play games for the fun and you are obviously not getting fun in WAR.  So move on.
