Exactly how long does it take in general for them to answer? I submitted a ticket to the billing department last Wednesday and I'm yet to hear a peep from them. This is getting extremely frustrating and I'm at the point of giving up and taking my money elsewhere. |

I haven't had any dealings with the billing area but i wouldn't have expected more than a couple of days at most, even for a non urgent enquiry. Personally i would chase every couple of days, but a week without a reply is pretty unacceptable. They are in the middle of a massive week with Blizzcon and the patch, but that is still not a big excuse for keeping you waiting this long. Drop them another line and go from there. |

That's odd. In four years of playing this game, I have never had anything short of exemplary service from Blizzard staff. The longest I have EVER had to wait for a reply from ANY department (and I think I've, at some point, bothered MOST of them) was less than 24 hours. Oh wait...no, that's not true. Once we had a name change issue and it took them 2 days to fix it, but the whole name change thing was very new at the time. Actually...it's STILL not very old. |

I'd phone them but there is no way in hell I'm placing an international call and being put on hold lol. I'll pay my subscription fee via my phone bill at that rate. |

Update: Support replied 2 days ago. Completely unacceptable. I was mean in the support survey they emailed me yesterday. |
