WAR (Warhammer Online)

Ok, please if you haven't played t3 there is no reason to repsond.

Tier 1 and 2 were a blast. Then tier 3 comes along. Yikes. Double yikes. I don't even feel like I'm playing the same game. I die in mere seconds, I'm rooted, snared, and KB'd at every turn. I really just can't play. 

Not sure how much longer I can continue. Did Mythic not learn that people don't enjoy being incapacitated most of their playtime? What happened during the jump from tier 2 to 3?

Well, whatever. I have no delusions that this will change. I just find tier 3 extremely unproductive.

For some reason game manufacturers think it's fun to sit their unable to defend yourself while you are chain stunned, knocked into lava over and over, aoe spammed to death ala WoW, AoC, and War.  I know they like to copy one another but some of that crap is just plain stupid. 

Tier 3 on my server did a whole turn around. Order side loses about 80% of the time in Tier 1 and 2, but once I got into tier 3 we seem to be winning most of the time now. I guess they are becoming more smart or at least know how to play better now. I dont seem to get as upset as I used to. Its more fast paced and everyone dies extremely fast because you get ganged up. The best thing to do is let the tanks charge in and see who they focus fighting on and them just go and assist. Then it'll be up to the healers to heal or not. Its quite more funner in Tier 3 though, I like how it is fast paced.

The only games that I played that never really had special abilities were UO and Everquest. Then EQ started up with the AA and discipline line of abilities. ANd UO came up with abilities depending on your weapon. Spamming abilities is I guess how games are like now days, cant change anything about it.

Level 33 here. Entire T3 came like a hit in the face.

T4 is just the same.

I log in thinking I get to level and RvR some. But it just doesn't happen. I start open parties and run around to where battles are displayed on the map and defend keeps. But mostly I just stand there alone defending a keep against 20 others...

I try some questing, but it's just so old to quest and I didn't start this game to do so. It all boils down to me joining a scenario queue while jumping around like an idiot while waiting.... plays one scenario, complains about how underbalanced and boring my class is, and log out.

I really TRY to bring myself to level and like the current state of game, but it just doesn't happen. The magic at Tier 1 and early T2 is gone... world is empty and my class is a joke. And leveling feels slow due to nothing but scenarios going on...

I put the game on ice for now, untill 1.1 patch. If that doesn't do it, I have to put it on ice untill 1.2.

Same here.

T3 is about tor anroc scenarios and some casual siegeing that nobody bothers with, t4 is more of the same, but changing tor anroc for serpent pass. It's getting rather old and I just can't see a reason to level further, I just make alts and leave them once they become level 21.

acually no there still stupid...the T3 tor anroc map COMPLETLY favors order because of one reason....ironbreakers and there OP knockbacks this god damn map should of been held back until Blackguards were entered into the game.

Once i entered into T4 we started owning again

You do know that Chosen and Black Orcs tanks for the destro side gets knockback skill too right?

and you do know Ironbreakers get the best knock backs in the game right? ....they get the most and the best.....
