WAR is exactly as advertised. It's war everywhere, 4 arch classes split up over what 26 "classes" all similiar in roles but played out differently.
Two sides locked in war, forever.
It's not a crafting game, they said this.
It's not a social avatar game, they made that clear too.
It's not a PVE gear game.
It's not a hard core you have to spend 8 hours a day to progress game.
But everything they said they'd do, they did. SURE there are hiccups, some issues with population density and chat utility, all MMO's go through this. I just don't get all the whinning about why WAR isn't something they said it wouldn't be. I just don't.
It IS however funny to watch. I'm in love with the game, it has everything I need or want so mayhaps my views are warped but that's aside the point. |

Even if WAR doesn't succeed straight away, it's possible it could become a cult hit and grow like EVE online has |
