Firstly this is in no way intended as a negative thread on WAR but is merely a request for info from the "harder-core" players.

I bought WAR on release day and do not regret it at all. I have played in a very casual way (as I do with most MMO's) and have a number of chars around lvl 20. I enjoy the RVR and am the typical solo quest grinder who loves looking forward to the next skill unlock or armour / weap upgrade.

Having now finished the 1st month I am faced with whether to subscribe or not. I am wondering whether the later lvls of the game are truly different from what I have experienced so far and whether there is a lot of new content (other than locations) that I still have to see or are the later levels just more of the same style?

Its not my only MMO and I like depth of lore like LOTRO / EQ2 and WOW but I know this game does not have that in the same way. I dont find the game boring but would like to know from higher level players what the reasons to subscibe would be for my playng style.

Cheers

Warhammer lore is deeper then wow lore though

probably not going to continue subscribing though, the game is too shallow. Repetitive and boring :(

I had high hopes.

I agree the Lore outside of the game is deeper but in-game I do not think the WAR has the edge - but then that was not the core remit of the developers I would think. Rather the game play and RvR aspects.
