Communism is just a red herring.

Music is important to me. It's one of the things that can really draw me in to a game, and can basically ruin games for me if I think the music is not so good.

My favorite would have to be the Devil May Cry 4 soundtrack, I think it's one of the most amazing OST's ever made. Check it out if you're bored sometime.

(If imeem.com asks you to login, just google "devil may cry 4 soundtrack.mp3" (without the quotes) and you can listen to it without making an account on imeem.)

Even though I love the whole album, my favorite tracks would have to be the prologue and The Idol of "Time and Space." The female singer in the prologue, Aubrey Ashburn, is beyond excellent. (Plus she's quite hot, as well.)

So what is your favorite video game soundtrack?

My favorite would be a toss up between Jet Grind Radio and Rez. I also grooved pretty hard to the Ballblazer theme way back on the ole' Atari 7800.

Xenogears: CREID
 http://www.rpgamer.com/games/xeno/xg/musicreviews/xgcstmusicrev1.html

"If it wasn't obvious by this point in the review, Mitsuda's craft is unparalleled. It's apparent how much time and effort was put into the melodies, arrangements, instrumentation, and everything that goes with them. The feat is nothing short of impressive. Even though most of the tunes have been heard before in Xenogears, its as though they have an entirely new life on the Creid CD. Although the tracks carry a similar melody from their Xenogears OST counterparts, there is now a lot more to them. They're not just a house that's been repainted; they're a house that's been demolished and recreated from the ground up, with additional rooms and a swimming pool. Mitsuda shows his mastery over the artform and bends it to his will every step of the way. The authentic Celtic feel that binds the entire project together, all the while revitalizing old music, is a testament to his ability."

why do humans build, because it isn''t there

I'd go for a chrono cross sound track.

Tekton Corollary:
-"What does not kill me, makes me stronger"

-"What does not bore me, makes me smarter"
