Hi, I have been wondering is that we have auto battle scrolls and such, but when the item mall opens, will we be able to craft and buy them in game like we have been able to?

Yup. I do believed so, since the item mall just sell items that are rarely seen in-game, or the items/scrolls is far more better than the usually we have in-game. So, you can still craft and buy those items.

Yes. Since, they will also consider those user who can't really afford the item mall items, well, that's what I believed in, some users can't actually buy those items due to lack of money or they don't have any ways to buy those stuff since they are on a different country.
