and I don't do that  many... I'm mainly leveling through the PvE content alternating between the Dark Elf and Greenskin chapters and olny doing the Scenrios in a feeble attempt to keep my RR up to get extra gear. If I could do this via Open RvR in the RvR zones I would but the only movement in those zones is from the tumbleweed.  I quit WoW PvP as the BGs became a grind and Scenarios are exactly the same, with the exception that you get xp and reknown, but it's still a grind... this time for reknown instead of honor and tokens.

I really like the game and the classes but as there's no open RvR I may need to go play another game for a while while the population increases... it won't be WoW, I'm not going to grind 10 more levels of the same crap they've been dishing out for years.

I'll admit. While levelling I pretty much only did scenarios/pve since I was ahead of the levelling curve.

Now that I've hit 40 I mostly RvR since that's the only decent way to get reknown (rank 40/reknown rank 41 atm). RvR objectives/keeps control also contribute far more to zone control than PvE/scenarios.

Rolled an alt recently and there's quite a bit more RvR occuring than my first time around.

Maybe it's just my server... *shrug*

If the population on your server is so low that there's no open RvR, try another server.  Otherwise, find yourself a good guild so that you can get a group going for open RvR.  It's amazing how when you knock the doors down on a keep, the other side magically appears to defend.... then the fun starts.

Why mythic would give us scenarios when there is open rvr available is ridiculous.  Scenarios take away from open rvr which is the foundation of the game.  Mythic couldn't see this problem coming during development? 

can you imagine that at the beginning Mythic idea was to have only Scenarios as PVp and No Open RVR...

anyway ...you find a lil bit of ORvR if u work for it...I mean spam the /1 region chat and tell everybody that you wanna group and take BOs and maybe a keep and they will come...and ennemies too

it also depends on the server you are playing on

People put up the argument that mythic basically gave us the choice, for those who want to world RvR and those who prefer scenarios,

but look at WoW, before battlegrounds, world pvp in that game was nearly everwhere, massive zergs would attack towns, and occasionally one of the capitals, but what killed world PvP in WoW?

The battlegrounds/arena did.

What's preventing WAR from the same fate? Honestly, someone tell me? Mythic needs to take action on this, the sooner the better.

I know we all feel the need to say "Don't join scenarios then if you dont' like em" but honestly.. that is all you can do.

Questing is subpar, INF grinding is boring, and open RVR lakes are ghosttowns. Its only place to get action on a regular basis.

Sure he can kick up some effort.. and beat on a keep door with 4-5 of his online friends and let destro come by and fight them. .but that isn't what the game was intended for.

We all have to accept that the game right now has some flaws in the OPEN RVR system. Scenarios are FUN.. but not Fun for along time.. its ok to have Scenarios happen now and then.. but not ALL the time.

I am curious. I've been on 3 servers though only one to T4 (the rest T1-3 depending on the character).

On all the servers (after the initial 2 weeks of game play..I've been in since CE early access) in the last 3-4 weeks it's been Nordenwatch, Mourkain's Temple, Tor Anroc and Serpent's Passage. In t4 I am quite frankly shock
