Can somebody tell me the program or add on or mod, that allows you to have that. I can't think of what the name of it is called. It's the thing that's in the bottom right corner of the pictue. Thanks.

That just looks like the info built in to the client. All you need to do is use the console commands to bring that up. Depends on what game you are playing. But just search for Console Commands for that game. It is usually ~ to open up the Console once you are in game.

That is built in... i'd guess it's the net_graph parameter... try setting it to 1 or 2.
