Any new or returning player to WOW, send me a PM for some help getting started.

Yesterday, when Wrath was released.

All of Warhammers   low/low servers were suddenly set to medium/medium.

I'm sorry but this is just completly wrong.

It's currently 1pm EST and around 50 US servers are listed as low/low

I was just going by what others are reporting

http://vnboards.ign.com/warhammer_online_age_of_reckoning_general_board/b22997/109434000/p1/?136

That was yesterday at primetime.  It looks like they just lowered the threshhold to what is 'medium' and didn't permantently set them al to Medium like AOC.   People who were playing on those server said their servers have always been low/low and then yesterday they were all med/med.

I was just reading and found it funny that were posting the whole medium thing on their boards too.

I really don't think they have touched it, the vast majority of servers 80% of them are still low/low and there isn't a single high.

Currently, just before 4pm EST there is 40 ish low/low server, 5 med/med servers and 5 med/low or low/med servers.

I'll check again in a bit but I don't think they have been touched. No bias from me by the way my war account has 4 days left on it and I'm playing WoW again.

No way... at least not cats on earth.  How would they survive any G forces....  And they don't have hands so space craft would need to be smaller and have simpler controls.  Whatever you read has to be bogus.

AoC gamers will believe anything....

but its also not a good sign.. game is going down faster then AoC.. but imho it lies in the whole way the game works, no decent pve, shallow scenarios and low activity rvr (in tier 1-3) and mythic cant do a thing about it other then merging servers, a game like WAR just needs a good pop to be entertaining

They also disabled the ability to unselect auto re-bill monthly.  So now you are forced to accept auto resub option instead of being able to approve each month before being billed. Not sure thats a huge thing but it sounds alot like the BS we saw Funcom pull with rebilling early on with AoC.

Anyone who wants to go into outer space is not playing with a full deck! (Example: Richard Garriot)

I remember the same thing also happened with Tabula Rasa when that game was going downhill. All the servers were empty as hell and were listed as having "low" population pretty much 100% of the time. Then one day I log in, download a small patch which didn't seem to do anything (patch notes listed minor spelling fixes and other pointless stuff) and when I got to the server selection screen suddenly all the servers were listed as medium population. It was obvious what had happened, they lowered the standards for what qualifies as a "medium population" to make their game look like it wasn't as empty as it actually was.

Still, I place both Warhammer and Tabula Rasa into a totally different category from AoC. WAR and TR were just "okay" games that failed in the end game content area and thus didn't hold the attention of the players for more than a few months. AoC was (and still is in my opinion) and awful game that was flawed at its very core even in beta but they sold it to us anyway even knowing that. If I saw a developer from WAR or TR on the street I would probably just cuss them out. If I saw a developer (or anyone who works for Funcom) from AoC on the street I would kick them in the balls and take all the money out of their wallet so I could give it back to people who spent money on AoC, Robin Hood style.
