Yes Fileplanet is hosting the PW/OB client. You have to have a CE/SE pre-order codes in order to download though. I'm pretty sure the preview weekend is all full, but OB starts on the 7th. |

Honestly guys,
Don't expect much of anything to happen at the stroke of midnight. While we're all working around the clock it's important for large portions of the team to be in studio and as well rested as possible when we bring things like this online. We're looking at having things up in the morning (not specifying a time) but it depends on a number of factors. The most important thing is we ensure a great experience for everyone, so that's priority one  The Herald will be updated within minutes of the server going live, you can count on that! Ive been an avid fan of EQ from the times of Kunark, and decided to play EQ2 way later from its release due to being addicted to WoW for some time. The only thing I just couldnt get buy was the performance, The BSOD (Blue Screens Of Death) just destroyed my game-play experience, It most likely was my system spec, but friends of mine with different systems were having the same problem ,with alot of others. Besides that EQ2 was pretty fun and maybe one day will decide to try it yet again. |

I'm also have this same problem.
I have CE headstart, Preview, Open Beta and item codes attached to my EA account but when i try to patch it wont let me, maybe Mythic will activiate your login info when they are ready ? Geuss we'll wait and see. |

Yeah if you think you will be able to login and play on Monday your setting yourself up for disappointment. Most likely the PW will be next weekend or in two weeks. |

I have a feeling Fileplanet subscribers might have a chance at the preview weekend, just a gut feeling though guess we'll wait and see.

When I pre-ordered the CE from Amazon, they didnt email me my codes, I had to go to their website and under your account their should be something along the lines of "extras" or something, its been awhile and they should offer you 3 codes, one is the OB code. |

Seems to me from all the reviews I've been reading, that the only thing AoC did right was picking the release date. In other words they knew the MMO market was there for the taking, everyone seems to be waiting on the next BIG thing.
Lets market all these next gen promises, hook line and sinker, then worry about them when we have your sub. Great practice. |
