Unless you can prove that warhammer has that one thing to promote itself different than warcraft its just the same old thing to me. Collision detection is not that big of a deal to me.

Do not get me wrong warcraft is a good game since 10million or whatever it is now players play it. Warhammer will do good to since it is the same thing only more pvp. It is just that its not revolutionary or adding anything to the genre. I understand its not claiming it either. All it is is improving it and that is ok. I just want you all to know that its just another mmo, nothing more.

Ok if you think it looks like WOW i can t argue that. (In beta and can tell you IMO you re wrong). Now lets take a look. TOK=WOW doesn t have it.(Even though they miraculously are adding something similar to their next x pac) Public Quests=WOW and no other game has them. They are going to be copied for years to come

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Keep sieges=WOW doesn t have them, even though they re adding similar stuff to their x pac it won t even be remotely close to how well they ll be in WAR. Not in at release but a Darkness Falls type dungeon, if you played DAOC you ll know why it s awesome and WOW has nothing like it.
 

Ok, lets see a pvp(RvR) that effects the world with EVERYTHING you do , wether it s pve or pvp. Trophy system that can altar your characters looks , through quest and titles(TOK unlocks).  Living guilds, guilds level up and gain benefits etc. Guild banners that can help your guild in battle, but can be captured by opposing realm.

Cities that actually level up from the efforts of your realm. Cities that can be attacked for a reason, not just to say you tried. Withing these cities once it s captured, your realm can partake in ALOT of pve dungeon runs etc.

Now i could go on but then i would be breaking the NDA, due to the fact what i ve said is already common knowledge. This is why they re not the same at all. Research a bit and you ll know for yourself instead of just spewing off the same crap many uninformed people are saying.

It is one of the best moves they have done in this game. Jumping around not only looks stupid, but it truly makes some peoples gaming experience annoying. I for one could care less if people are jumping around i know why they do it, but it s easily beaatable. Hell i even used to do the run through the caster, back and forth in DAOC and they almost could never get a cast off. It worked great for me but now with CD i won t be able to. Does it bother me no, i like a challenge:) Anyways i think bunny hopping should be stopped some how and i m glad they re doing this.

Theres alot of things that can be done without raising the adventure level cap. Renowon ranks can go up, guild levels can go up, and since its a RvR game why not increase city levels too in time. If you re worried you re going to hit 40 fast and have nothing to do , i can tell you as a beta tester not to worry :) There is alot to do.

Since I know you haven't played it..and I have actually played it...well..People ASmith is a liar. :)Just because a game doesn't give you the hardcore or the openess or the sandbox tools doesn't make it a WoW clone.

There are some things that would be impossible to keep others in the house from seeing.  I mean you can't shut off your monitor every time someone walks into your room. . .they will start to think your some crazy porn addict.

Lol i got a ban for breaking NDA, yet alli said was "i can safely say you re wrong, i know because i m in the beta" something to that effect.

Lol, i ll admit i m a fanboi, and trust me i ve wanted to yap bigtime. I won t however give details that can make me lose my beta. I m having too much fun and no way in hell i ll lose it :) That said, yes they ve always said it s a game to log in have fun and not worry about the annoying things. They understand that people have less time nowadays and are catering to that as well as hardcore. Trust me when i say this, you can be hardcore and still enjoy this game.

Lol if you knew anything about how the guilds work in this game and why they re doing it you wouldn t be saying this. Won t break NDA to say but you re a little off on your assumptions.

Can you inform me and everyone else how it lacks content? Im curious because i see it totally different. Besides who cares if it challenges WOW, it will be the second largest subbed game IMO. Anyways enlighten me.

You ve been in beta you say? Ok, since it s mostly focus testing you ll know that there isn t really any flow to the game in beta. We re testing certain aspects of the game in bits and pieces. I can however see it as is and can see how it will come together. Made for new players yep i agree, it also has alot for vets. Getting bored fast sure if you don t like a mix of rvr and pve. The rvr alone will make alot of people happy, and they re doing alot to the pve side. Now i can t go into details because of NDA as you should realize since you say you re in beta. That said it s WAY more polished then AOC is at release state and even now, and to me a funner experience then WOW was ever to me.

Ya i tested it with the fileplanet thing, and knew a friend was going to buy it. I thought well since the OB wasn t exciting me at all i ll try his game out. I was actually going to get a buddy pass etc, but i won t bother now, i know i will never buy the game anyways.
