Heres the deal, despite on what i said with wow and my opinions. i can still say the game is fun, there for during wrath, i will be opening a guild on the server Cairne. (already 70 there and am looking for either  people to transfer or people already on Cairne. yes re rolls are nice and all but i am targeting the new content.) There for saying here is a raid schedule for the server Cairne.

Saturday 8pm - 1 am

Sunday 8pm - 1am

Monday 10am - 3pm

Tuesday 10am - 3pm

Wednesday off

Thursday off

Friday off

I will start paying gold to people bi weekly. 300g-500g to players for game play.  This will start once the death knight i have made is 80. I can guarantee gear but also for it if say we are NOT able to raid a day or so , you will still get that "x" amount of gold promised so it is not a complete waste. Recruitment in game would not start until the 14th of November ( that is a day after release) so there would be a day to organize people. i am NOT looking for a huge massive group of people. i am looking for quality and experience. Just because you have "downed Illidan" in "tier 6 content." does not make you the most wonderful player ever. I am also not looking for complete and total jerks. if you are planning on making an embarrassment out of yourself by being a jerk PLEASE do not apply. i WILL NOT have time for you at all.

also keep in mind 300 - 500 gold may not be much. but that is extra money YOU do not have to make :). i am not trying to only "buy" people, but also am trying to find decent people and decent players. like i said you do NOT have to be the "downer of illidan, the left elbow of ragnaros nor the ice princess" to obtain an interview or invite to this guild. in another words im "watching out for the little guy too.".

I am just curious about some of the promises made here;

1: How many people are you looking to take on?

2: How long do you expect it to take you to get your Death Knight to 80 and start paying out?

3: How are you planning to guarantee the 300-500g payouts to everyone and how are you deciding how much each person gets?

4: How are you going to guarantee gear?

5: What is to stop you from getting people to run you through the raids to get your gear and then deciding these people are not to your taste and no gear or money for anyone?

up to you then. i myself would just rather keep it my tight knit group then. More are welcome to join really. But like i said, i am capable of keeping those promises :)
