    • Looks very comic book style graphics. it works well. i'm willing to bet the combat will feel like CoH/CoV. this will be worth a try. just as long as it's not as repetitive as CoX it'll probably do better.

But at the same time, I lvoe the comic look, and I'm sure it will be something to look forward to. And if you didn't like CoH, or don't like superheroes, why are you even commenting?!?     • You shouldn't attempt to judge it yet. I'll be happy to see the "end" results. Just be glad there's another superhero game instead of cookie-cutter fantasy.

    • Cryptic dose have thier work cut out for them selfs. The game is still in very early dev., give them some time to see what they can come up with. Cryptic must make something new, while at the same time maintain the original feel of the game. After all, how many ways can men and wemen wear spandex?

    • I liked CoH, CoV and Champion (pencil and paper). Unfortunately, I don't see this product in it's current vision/incarnation competing with CoH. The paper rules are RIFE with exploits and abuse. The devs would seriously have to 'dumb-down' the rules to make this work. So you'd lose the Champions audience. The original CoH was supposed to be a fully customizable build system and the devs abandoned it because of all the problems. You are going to end up with another version of CoH. I just don't see people leaving CoH/CoV in droves for another SH MOG.

    • This game is the original superhero game, based on a real rule system not some dumb point & click and I'll go make a cup of coffee while my toon fights, this game uses twitch combat so you can actually dodge that fire ball coming at you, this 3D game also has some excellent real comic book looking graphics and I've heared that there are some very large free roam maps, also the Champions universe has been around a lot longer than say.. some, with more detail and depths to offer and as and added bonus your toon don't look like it's a dress up ken or barbi doll, so please don't let the CoH/V fanbi's scare you off, come back and give this game ago when it's ready, if your really into super heros this is the game for you!
