Many WoW users are getting frustrated and the number seems to be growing. WoW technical support is ignoring the issue stating that the blame resides in our internet providers and not the game...You be the judge.

The Problem
Within the last couple of weeks I have been enduring high latency and constant disconnects in the Battle for Mount Hyjal. The lag/disconnects are only occurring while the trash waves are active as everything returns to normal once where on a boss. The high latency and constant disconnects only happens in Hyjal, other raids such as Tempest Keep/SSC are fine.
This is occurring on both Winterchill, Anetheron & Kaz'rogal wave trash (Azgalor & Archimonde trash, I have not seen yet). Trash such as the Gargoals and Frost Worms present no trouble but the lag returns when we are aoe-ing down the larger groups our pally is tanking.
Things I've done to attempt to resolve this.
I've tried the standard GM issue macro of removing the WTF, Interface & Cache files and attempted the event with no add-ons installed. I've turned down all video settings to the lowest settings and turn off combat logs. I have made the changes to my network setting as suggested in Solution ID: 19824 from the tech support site. I've check "reduce interface lag" in my option settings (no idea what it does but :) As suggested by a GM I've also ran the repair wizard inside my wow folder. I’ve also shutdown all not necessary programs/processes to see if this possible as software conflict.
