• • WotLK; the new MMORPG techniques being used. Blizzard did it again.

  • the fact that this thread is [presently] 11 pages long speaks a lot for the impact WoW has on the market.

    Everyone is rushing to build a wow grinder and dip into the pie but WoW offers very little that is new. Blizzard are experts at making games fun.

    If Blizzard would make Blizzard games and other companies would make sandbox games i'd be happy. The frustrating part is the current produced by this WoW fandom strips away any chance for a real mmorpg to emerge.

  • Vanguard is the most underrated mmo on the market. Ignore the flames i will get for the statement, take the time to look at it and download the trial.

    If im wrong ill buy yo ua coffee.

    Vanguard saga of heros is the best pve experience out there.   People who enjoy playing goog games [and not just bitching for the sake of bitching ] need to give this one a fair shake despite the bad launch.

  • nope this is a high growth market.

    Its oversatured only from the perspective of existing gamers......but this genre lures in more suckers every day who haven't been grinding faction off their favorite mobs for 10 hours a day.

    the people behind this genre don't give a rats ass about existing subscribers.....they care about roping in new fools every day.  Churn is nothing for them.

    You played for 9 months so I'm assuming your comment about the modern state of the game implies that you are within that 9 month period or are you talking about the game like it was a year ago?
