    • Why no perma-death?
    • Man what a great idea. What about, the person who kill you can play a football with your head and you as a ghost will run around him and his mates trying to catch it..

    • Should I come back?
    • Voted for no. I was in similar situation to yours few months ago. Me and my rl friend who also used to play wow decided to give it a go. We have installed it, downloaded all the patches, addons and shiet, then entered the game, only to find out that most of our friends had either quit or spread to other servers.  We played alts for 2-3 hours then I decided to give up. My friend played +- one week  and gave up too.  First I thought I could somehow enjoy wow again, but I kinda lost motivation. And even if more of my rl friends would decide to play again I doubt I could take the same ol´ road and feel like Im not wastin my time.

    • If you're thinking of playing there is only one person you should listen to
    • right, the best thing you can do is to try it yourself. What I really dont like is how fanbois make a stories of how great their game is, never admitting any cons..All this hype only ends up with you being dissapointed after trying that game out. I mean I like VG a lot its got that special kind of feeling of exploring, on the other hand many of my friends like pvp a lot so there´s problly no chance i could make them play this game, but thats ok i don´t mind I won´t tell them c´mon you must try VG, cause after all its a metter of opinion. YOu shouldn´t be looking for personal opinions when it comes to games, look for a facts and infos and then you either try it or not

    • WoW vet, thinking about getting this. Lots of questions!
    • "but it doesn't seem to be any more challenging or skill reliant than WoW pvp "

Thats what i´m afraid of, I mean all the tactics and stuff can be fun, but whats the point if the pvp is simply to smash 3 buttons and the skill of single person is irrelevant? Or am I wrong? How doeas it feel, do you have control over your character? Is there any CC? I´m afraind that i simply won´t enjoy the pvp coz it will be all about numbers and not skills.

    • Well there has been many posts about VG recently, how great game it is etc. Now, I don´t wanna bore you with another post like that, just want to tell you about one low level quest I´ve been doing yesterday. It was a chain quest and you can find it in Tanvu (Kojan continent), actually you should find it because it´s totally worth it. There´s an abandoned hotel hidden high in the mountains where you can find a guy named Master Garu. He´s your spiritual teacher or somethin and he´ll give you a quest called "Path of faith". This quest contains 4 parts. First one is called "Trial of Might" and it´s simply to kill X/Y mobs. The second part is called "Trial of Endurance" in which you have to use horn to call Garu and then defeat him (he´s got pretty large health pool). Now comes the 3rd part of the chain, it´s the "Trial of Pure Thought". In this one, you don´t have to kill anything. You´re teleported to Master Chuun, he´s on the top of the highest mountain and the only thing you have to do is to answer couple of riddles, they´re kinda abstract, like..you can´t touch it but it can be easily broken (promise). If you succeed there´s last and the most difficult quest (especially when you know how buggy VG was) left to complete - "Faith in Jin". As you´re standing on the top of the highest mountain there´s a cliff behind Master Chuun and he´ll ask you to jump from it. Well I´ve tried some mmorpgs before and tbh I can´t really rememeber the last time I had so much fun jumping from a cliff. Now I´m not only talking about quest, also my intention was to point out how fun and entertaining can VG be even when you´re such a low level.
