Why did he come to LOTRO to QQ and complain about know-it-all Warhammer engineers?

There's no engineer class in LOTRO. Nothing close to it either, unless you consider they are both dwarves.

haha, wow... I stopped reading after the third paragraph as it was obvious he was just here to troll, so I didnt see that comment. Engineer class? nice... wrong game buddy. Nothing even comes remotely close o.0

    • to keep it simple:

LoTRO = probably the best PvE experience in MMOland (though I have played its PvP, and its pretty fun, but its built more for the casual player. So hardcore PvPers might get bored of it after a while)

WAR = supposibly (havent actually played it) the best PvP experience. (though I have seen some people at work play these popular "public quests" and it looked eerily similar to Guild Wars' PvP style...almost exact o.0  ..but the RvR I guess is suppose to be its strong point.. whatever)

...yea, there is a small bias there  :P

Thanks!

I am assuming you just bought the first Shadows of Angmar. Yes, you can just purchase the digital upgrade for Mines of Moria and they will give you a key to addon to your current LOTRO subscription. Or I think it automatically updates you to Moria if you purchase the digital upgrade. I am pretty sure you wont have to download anything more since the client is already updated to Moria, you just unlock the areas/new classes buy purchasing it.

I do believe you get a free month if you purchase a retail Mines of Moria, but if you do a digital upgrade from Shadows of Angmar, you dont.. because it cost less to just  digitally upgrade it.

    • The game updates for Moria no matter what, but Moria is only unlocked for your if you entered it into the account.

Just downloading Moria is pretty massive, about 2.5 gb. Then the updater has to actually unpack/decompress/install the update, which also takes a long time... so yea, you might be waiting a while  :/
